A refined 1-bedroom apartment is for rent in the Graça e São Vicente neighbourhood of Lisbon. The living room offers a large flatscreen TV, windows, and a designer sofa. Wooden steps lead up to the mezzanine bedroom, which includes a double bed and hanging space for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric hob for cooking. There’s also a table and two chairs here. The bathroom has a standup shower, plus the essentials.
This is a pleasant area of Lisbon where you can find local bakeries and grocery shops nearby. There are also several restaurants within walking distance to choose from. You can do your weekly shop at the Mercearia Lafonense supermarket – it’s not far.
What we liked the most
- It’s a really local area of Lisbon so you can get chatting with the residents at the grocery stores.
- The bedroom is on another level and is in a cosy mezzanine.
- There's a large flatscreen TV for when you want to chill out and watch your favourite show.
- There are a bunch of restaurants within a few minutes' walk – you’re spoilt for choice here.
