What we liked the most

  • Catching up with friends – there's always the spare room if it gets too late.
  • Getting to the Universidade de Lisboa quickly by bus, bike or on foot – time is money.
  • Cooking up a storm in the kitchen – It's modern and has a washing machine to help with the clean up.

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
