You will love the bright and fashionable living area. Polished floors, a very cool rug, and stylish furnishings. The slanted ceiling ensures that this one gets lots of natural light.
We think it’s ideal for a cool couple. Escape the busy city centre, and head up the hill to Penha de França. This high up, you know the views will be good.

- Hilltop views – it can be a workout walking up the hill, but it sure is worth it.
But you need to know this...
- 2nd floor and no elevator – get a leg workout in every single day. Lucky there is AC to cool you off when you get home.

This is a chic 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Rua Paio Peres Correia, Lisbon. It boasts a stylish modern decor, open-plan living, and a lovely balcony with a Tagus river view.
We think this apartment is perfect for a professional couple. Whip into central Lisbon for an adventure, then escape to peaceful surroundings. Smoker? You can do your thing in the garden.

- Enjoying an afternoon drink on the balcony – how good is that view?
- Taking in a hilltop sunset – head to Miradouro de Penha de França.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a common area – get to know the neighbours while you do the laundry.
- The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed; ideal if you have guests.
- The Metro is a little bit of a walk away, however there are several bus stops close by.
