The highlights of this apartment are the designer-decorated (bright and spacious) interiors and its proximity to attractions & restaurants. You can walk to anywhere or take the historical tram. It also has a private indoor parking, AC units in each room and an elevator to the doorstep.
The living area combines bright interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a beautiful place to stay. The sofa bed can easily be pulled out and turn into a full-size double bed to accommodate two people. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable queen-size bed, and the second bedroom features two cozy single beds. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space.
Landlord policies
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you are staying for 6 months or less you are required to pay the full rental amount, including the deposit, upfront and within 48 hours from the moment you receive the payment link from the landlord and you also must sign a tenancy agreement with the landlord. This agreement includes a non-refund policy once the payment is made. Please note there is a mandatory cleaning fee for all properties.
