O apartamento tem dois quartos: uma suíte com cama queen-size e um segundo quarto com cama individual (convertível em duas). Ambos têm ar condicionado. Há duas casas de banho: uma com banheira e duche, e outra com duche. A sala dispõe de sofá, TV de ecrã plano e mesa de jantar para quatro pessoas. A cozinha está equipada com frigorífico, fogão, máquina de lavar roupa, ferro, micro-ondas e máquina de café (café não incluído). Nota: estacionamento limitado na zona, canalização antiga e obras nas redondezas. Máquina de lavar temporariamente indisponível.
