This is a modern 1st floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Rua São Pedro do Areeiro, Oeiras - Lisbon. It boasts a contemporary interior with high ceilings, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy balcony.
This property is ideal for a laid-back group of beachgoers looking for peaceful living. You're out of the city hustle here, and still within easy walking distance of the beach. What more could you want?
You will love the contemporary style here. The apartment has been very nicely renovated, so you'll get to enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, clean white walls, and high ceilings. It's a bright space too, with lots of natural light. You'll get to enjoy peaceful living here, just a 5-minute walk from Santo Amaro de Oeiras Beach. You're close to a train station and supermarket too. Easy!
But you need to know this...
- There's a washing machine but no dryer — a clothes rack in a sunny spot should do the trick.
- You're about 30 minutes by train from the city centre — so it's a bit of a commute, but it's pretty easy.

- Enjoying meals out in the sun — every meal can be alfresco with a table on the balcony.
- Walking to the beach whenever — grab a towel and hit the waves.
