Tastefully furnished 2-bedroom and recently renovated apartment for rent in Ajuda. The property is fully equipped and has top-notch materials. It includes an air-conditioned in every room, a king-size luxury bed, a giant smart-TV, a laundry room with a washing machine and a drier, a pantry, a wine cellar, two full bathrooms, a 6 meters long closet area, and a garage parking space with direct indoor access. There is a dishwasher, a farmhouse sink, an oven, a coffee machine, two large refrigerators, extensive tableware and every kitchen gadget you can imagine. The apartment has built-in storage in every room and it is a three-bedroom conversion, so one of the rooms is quite large. You can enjoy the incredible panoramic river views from one of the three balconies. This is a smart home, with electronically and remotely controlled lighting and shades, with smoke, water, and motion detectors. It is located in a residential neighborhood, minutes away from the Tagus river and it is served by excellent road access to the city center, Cascais and Sintra.
