What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
A very special place: Seixal is a lovely fishing and cork industry village, over the Tejo River in front of Lisbon. There is fast access to Lisbon, especially by boat, but also a small, calm village. The flat is over the river and a beach (swimming allowed, but the bottom of the river is muddy). Valuing the traditions of the zone, most of the house is papered with cork, which isolates it from the cold, the heat and the noise. In the zone, there are several opportunities for walks & water sports. Seixal has many restaurants and bars, several shops, and a local market too.
The price includes water and electricity consumption up to a limit, and a cleaning service twice a month.
