A very special place: Seixal is a lovely fishermen and cork industry old village, over the Tejo river in front of Lisbon. There are fast accesses to Lisbon, especially by boat; but also a small village calm. The flat is over the river and a beach (swimming allowed, but bottom of the river is muddy). Valuing the traditions of the zone, most of the house is papered with cork, which isolates from the cold, the heat and the noise. In the zone there are several opportunities for walks & water sports. Seixal has many restaurants and bars, several shops, and a local market too.
