Recently renovated apartment in a great location. Very central in a quiet street, next to Bairro do Principe Real. A location that allows you to be in the lively Jardim do Principe Real, Praça das Flores or Bairro Alto in a five-minute walk. The apartment is an open space concept, with a full equiped kitchen. The living room, in addition to being furnished, offers a bioethanol fireplace. The room is very spacious, fully furnished and doesnt have direct sunlight. Very central area, currently in the same street there are some works in progress.
