The 1-bedroom apartment of nearly 60m2, is located on the ground floor, and includes a small patio. The living room is quite large, with two windows to the street, has a sofa-bed that turns into a double bed, TV with Netflix and HBO, a table and a desk perfect to work. Wi-Fi is 5G. There is a nice one-bedroom furnished with a wardrobe and a window to the patio. One bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and all the necessary for cooking meals. And, then, the small internal patio with a vertical garden. Calm and family neighbourhood.
