Lovely two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Graça, just a few steps away from the supermarket, local shops, cafés, viewpoints and the Feira da Ladra market. A unique place to live and enjoy Lisbon to its fullest. The apartment is fully equipped and has fast WiFi.
The apartment is brand new and has two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open living room and kitchen area. There is a small private patio as well and the whole house has A/C installed.

- LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
