Very close to public transportation, there are a lot of small shops, cafés, a laundromat, supermarkets and very nice restaurants (make sure you ask me for tips if you decide to stay at this apartment). The apartment has just been thoroughly renovated and it's fully equipped with brand new appliances and furniture. The apartment is ideal for someone who want to work from home, as it has a small office, with high-speed optical fibre internet connection.
