Apartamento muito funcional e confortável, em zona calma e com todos os serviços, metro (linhas encarnada e verde)e estações de bicicletas a menos de três minuto a pé. Cozinha e casa de banho renovadas há oito anos. Tem terraço exterior privativo. Todas as janelas da casa mudadas há dois anos. Ideal para família com crianças. O apartamento é originalmente um T três mas neste momento dois quartos estão ligados entre si pelo que resulta numa master suite e um quarto infantil muito grande. Caso haja necessidade os quartos ligados podem ser separados já que ambos têm entrada independente original. Prédio familiar.
