What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Excellent villa in the prestigious area of Restelo, close to the centre of Belém, with its gardens and monuments.
The house is 35 minutes from NOVA business school and close to several universities and polytechnics.
Close to trade and transport.
It consists of fourteen bedrooms, and two en suite, with five bathrooms, a study area, a lounge and a dining area.
We also have two wonderful outdoor terraces for socializing.
The house has wonderful views over the Tagus River and the city.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
