7-bedroom flat located on the first floor, featuring 2 WCs while one of the rooms is ensuite. The layout includes a dining room and a comfortable living room. The kitchen comes fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. The building includes a lift, though please note that there is no balcony.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.

This small room is furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp. The comfortable double bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
