Flat description:

7-bedroom flat located on the second floor, featuring 3 WCs. The layout includes a comfortable living room equipped with sofa, television, tables and chairs. The kitchen comes fully furnished with a washing machine for your convenience. The building includes a lift, though please note that there is no balcony.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.

This small but cozy room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and mirror. The room boasts a comfortable single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
