Charming 5-bedroom flat on the ground floor, featuring 2 WCs and a terrace. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dryer, and the living room is equipped with a TV. The building does not have a lift.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.

This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
