4-bedroom flat on the first floor, featuring 1.5 WCs (one without a shower) and one ensuite room with its own private bathroom. The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The building also has a lift for easy access.
