Aceito apenas mulheres a partir dos 28 anos. Que estudem e/ou trabalhem fora (sem home office). Visitas não são permitidas. Cozinha compartilhada ( fogão indução, microondas, frigorífico) Máquina da roupa é apenas para uso da proprietária. Há uma lavandaria self-service a 40 metros do apartamento.
