Student Room for Rent – Abrunheira, Sintra (with garden, heated pool and riverside access) Available during the academic year, a fully furnished single room for one university student in a quiet family house, with a garden a heated pool and direct access to a small river, perfect for walks and relaxation. We are a family of four: an architect, a designer, and two boys (nineteen and eleven years old). Our oldest son is currently in an engineering university in Lisbon. There is also a friendly Beagle dog in the garden. Spacious room with double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, study desk (to be installed), and private bathroom. Underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen and shared living room. All utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) included. Meals and room cleaning not included. Location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with good access to Sintra, Lisbon or Carcavelos. You can reach Sintra center in twenty minutes and Lisbon in about one hour (bus and train).
