the apartment was renovated in 2023, and the furniture and appliances were purchased in 2023. it has been regularly maintained and has always been in good. the apartment near Benfica train station. good located. it's 5 minute walk from BENFICA train station, and there are bus stops downstairs for convenient transportation. trains depart every 15 minutes to Entre Campo which near University of Lisbon , an 8 minute journey. PINGDOCE and Mini Preco supermarkets are within a 1 minutes walk. the apartment is quite and not located by the main road.
