Both the spaces are perfect for relaxing and hanging out with flat-mates. The apartment is perfect if you and your friends are looking for a place to live in since all the rooms are well-furnished.
Around the area, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. There are also several museums and historical landmarks in close proximity so you will be living in a cultural hub. Interesting things to do around; visit the National Contemporary Art museum located only 10 minutes away, by bus.
