You will love the living room and patio. It's classically furnished and very spacious, so you can invite all your friends around - since we went to visit the landlord has installed a TV with cable channels too. The shared patio is even bigger, and since it's covered you can enjoy it in any weather.
We think it’s ideal if you’re looking for a quiet but convenient spot to unwind. You're a 20-minute walk from the Nova University Faculty of Science and Technology, and a 10-minute drive to the Costa da Caparica beaches.
