This 1-bedroom apartment is equipped with an oven and a TV and has some fun and unique details such as the paintings on the wall. As part of the student residence, you will have access to a gym, study room, cinema, pool and roof terrace.
Santo António is one of the newest municipalities in the city but you will still come across some magnificent old buildings, including the Santo Antonio cathedral, one of the only churches to survive the catastrophic earthquake of 1774.
What we liked the most
- With a small table and chairs available, you can have friends over for dinner.
- AC will help the apartment to stay cool during the summer months.
- Access to a pool as well as a roof terrace and a gym are serious bonuses in a student residence.
- In the area you will find plenty of green spaces where you can exercise or relax with a book on sunny days.
- There is a supermarket just around the corner for all your grocery needs.

If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
