What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Cafes , Shops , Banks , Pharmacies which are just 2 minutes by walk. The most appealing is that the beach is just 3-5 minutes by walk. If you are a surfer and looking to surf in the early morning and evening is perfect. We do have tenants who have stayed with us are active remote workers and surfers. We have a big courtyard so your surf boards can be stored. We are very close to a big mall called Almada Forum which is just 6 km away and lisbon by public transport is just 45-50 minutes away. The house is always kept clean by the tenants.
