These rules are intended to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance and hygiene of the common areas and they apply to everyone without exception, especially when it is not possible to assign responsibility for damages/misuse to a specific tenant.
Such measures are standard in shared living environments, helping to ensure that all tenants can enjoy a clean, safe and well-maintained apartment.
- BILLS: Not included. They are forty-five euros per person per month
- DEPOSIT: Equal to the value of one month’s rent.
