- Admin fee: 100€ (one-time payment);
- Laundry: optional (payable via the Residence App);

- Check-out cleaning fee: 35€ (to be paid together with the last rent)
- All studios are identical and are located from the first to the 8th floor: this means you may be placed on any floor according to availability;
- The Residence has its own Registration process:The Residence will request and assist you in the Full Residence Registration via email.
- BOOKING Conditions: In order not to lose the reservation, please fill in the necessary steps in the next 48 hours, sent by email:
- Step 1: Register yourself with your details - a link will be sent by email to you;
- Step 2: Admin fee payment of 100€ (48h after the booking is confirmed);
- Step 3: After the payment, you will receive the contract that you must read carefully, sign, and send back;
- Step 4: Make the payment of the security deposit (before check-in - upon email instructions)
