The apartment is the result of a deep rehabilitation and is located on the seventh floor with elevator, was designed and equipped so that you have everything you need to spend your vacation days close to the beach.
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, eighty water heater, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
AC that heats and cool that apartment.
There is no private parking, but you can find free parking on the street.
Quick note: There is no walking path from this apartment into town, so you'll need to walk along the side of the road for about twenty minutes.
If you don't have a car and are not able-bodied, this could pose a significant challenge. We recommend renting a car or scooter for convenience and easier access to town.
