A cute studio apartment is available for rent in Alameda. The property has a very central location and is well connected with the rest of the city. The surrounding area captures the best of both worlds in every sense of the word. With restaurants, parks, supermarkets and gyms all on the doorstep, this is the perfect location for, well, anyone really.
The studio is modernly decorated throughout with beautiful white walls which emphasise the heaps of natural daylight that infiltrate the property thanks to two large double door windows. These windows open up onto a large balcony with a picturesque view of the street. The property also has a kitchenette and a dining table so you can easily make and eat your meals in this space as well.
What we liked the most
- The property has a beautiful balcony with a lovely view.
- The apartment is modernly decorated throughout.
- The large windows let in lots of natural light.
- The studio has a television which is mounted onto the wall - perfect for watching late night movies in bed.
- Our home checker, Lorenzo, mentioned that he loved this property.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- The property is well located.
