This charming studio apartment on Av. Loureiro, in Carcavelos, is fully furnished and has access to a lovely shard patio. The 18 m² property comes equipped with a single bed, dining table, and offers a basic but functional kitchen. There is also a tidy private bathroom.

The apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Praia de Carcavelos beach. You will find a good selection of local and international restaurants nearby, and you can access trains and buses within a 10-minute walk to travel around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is well equipped to accommodate 1 person, including a TV, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a small wardrobe.
  • The bathroom is nicely tiled.
  • The shared patio comes with a table and chairs so you can enjoy a meal outdoors.
  • Vasco the Homecheker told us that he really loved this property!
  • The beautiful Garden Quinta da Alagoa is within walking distance.

Things to keep in mind

  • The studio has a private entrance, but the landlord lives in the same building. He has dogs and cats living on the property.
  • There is no washing machine in the apartment.
  • The apartment does not have heating.
