This is a modern 1st floor, studio apartment on Rua Paio Peres Correia, Lisbon. It boasts a stylish decor, with a basic kitchen, a double bed, and tidy bathroom.

We think this apartment is perfect for a curious single or couple. Whip into central Lisbon for an adventure, then escape to peaceful surroundings. Smoker? You can do your thing in the garden.

What we liked the most

  • Living the compact studio life – but still in style.
  • Whipping up some avocado on toast – if you can steal one off the tree outside ;).

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common area – get to know the neighbours while you do the laundry.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)

      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
