Beautiful quiet three - room apartment seventy one square meters in a villa, with a large terrace of sixteen square meters. Separate entrance to the apartment. Located in a green area, two km from the center, two minutes walk from to the bus stop, seven minutes to the center by bus. Nearby is a large shopping center Rudnik. Great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Built-in appliances, stove, oven, dishwasher; coffee machine, washing machine with reduced drying power. Three bedrooms, the first bedroom - double bed of king size , the second bedroom - sliding modifying bed double bed , the third bedroom sliding modifying bed double bed. The apartment can accommodate no more than three people. Parking is available in the public parking lot only. Private parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
