The apartment is located on the second floor of a neat block in a pleasant neighborhood in an excellent location approx. four km from the center of Ljubljana with good connections to the city center.
The apartment is bright, spacious (with two rooms), nicely decorated and fully equipped, making it ideal for a couple or one person.
Heating and hot water are provided by district heating, and cooling by own air conditioning. Connection to the internet network provider and TV is via optics. The apartment also has a storage room in the basement. The block has a shared bicycle shed. Shared use of the parking spaces in front of the building is free for apartment owners and tenants and their visitors.
An excellent location with good connections to the city center offers both the entire infrastructure and plenty of green areas for recreation.
