The apartment is bright, spacious (with two rooms), nicely decorated and fully equipped, making it ideal for a couple or one person.

The apartment also has a storage room in the basement. The block has a shared bicycle shed. Shared use of the parking spaces in front of the building is free for apartment owners and tenants and their visitors.
