• If the tenant does not wish to renew their contract, 45 days notice before the contract agreement ends are required. If 45 days notice are not given, the deposit will be forfeit.

• Check out: MUST be on the day that the tenancy agreement ends.
• If the tenant does not renew their contract, the landlord reserves the right to conduct viewings. These will be at a reasonable hour and the landlord will ring the doorbell first. During those 45 days the tenant must keep their room presentable.
• If all contract terms are fulfilled, the security deposit will be returned within 1 month of termination of the tenancy.
• If the tenant leaves before the end of his/her contract, he/she will automatically lose his/her deposit.
