This two bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful South Canonbury conservation area, next to the famous De Beauvoir town, just 2 minutes walk from the local cafes and restaurants.

The entrance is located on the lower ground floor; on this floor, you will find the main bedroom, the bathroom and the second bedroom/study. Access to the garden is via a shared corridor which is also on this floor. This beautifully decorated apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The smoke-free property features a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a patio.

The bright open plan living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and arm chair that can seat 5 people, along with a desk for working. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, and features a large dining table that can seat 7 people. The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, while the other room has a double sofa bed. The apartment also features a modern bathroom, equipped with a walk in shower.

Discover Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey and Harrods, and many more of London’s attractions, making your trip one to remember. The flat has many local transport connections. It is a 15 minutes walk from both Haggerston (overground) and Essex Road (national rail) stations, 17 minutes to Canonbury (overground) and 17 minutes to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, overground and national rail). There are also plenty of busses that connect to central London, and lots of electric bicycles in the area. On Essex Road, you can find local chemists, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, dry cleaners and several cash points. For a larger shop, you can go to Angel where there is a larger Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S, Planet Organic etc.

You can walk up the Regents Canal to bustling Broadway Marketing and London Fields, or further along to Victoria Park. Walking distance to busy Dalston, Angel and Shoreditch, and quickly reach central London on public transport. Southgate Road is minutes away, where the De Beauvoir Arms pub is excellent, as is the pizza restaurant Sweet Thursday and the local shops the De Beauvoir Deli, the De Beauvoir Wholefoods and Tesco are all good local shops. Other recommended pubs include the Rosemary Branch, The Scolt's Head and the Talbot. Hector's is a great local wine bar, and Brilliant Corners nearby is a very cool bar with live music. Tripspace is a lovely yoga studio, and you can book the local tennis courts on Rosemary Garden online.

    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
