Experience the charm of Kensington from our immaculate flat, refurbished in November 2023. Nestled just off the prestigious High Street Kensington, this cosy abode sits on Warwick Gardens, a tranquil tree-lined street renowned for its proximity to numerous gastro-pubs and Michelin starred restaurants.

Spread over 2.5 floors and covering 800 sqft, our Victorian-fronted home offers a private sanctuary on the top floor, elevated above the bustling streets below. With warm lighting and tasteful Caribbean/British-inspired decor, each room exudes colonial elegance. There are hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of luxury carpeting in the master bedroom and natural tiles in the kitchen & bathroom.

Tastefully decorated with a large L shaped sofa (can seat 6 comfortably), designer rug, dark wood floors, and a custom-built alcove bookcase with endless books for your perusal. There is a 44" flat screen TV, with over 900 channels (and fast WIFI throughout).

This home boasts large double-glazed windows, allowing lots of sunlight whilst keeping out noise. The custom made bookcase also offers endless books to keep you and your guests entertained during a night in.

Retreat to the oversized master bedroom boasting a king size bed and ample storage with two floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. The guest room, though smaller, offers a comfortable double bed and a large walk-in closet.

The exceptionally large kitchen boasts solid granite worktops, modern finishings, touch-pad stove and oven, and an integrated family-size fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There are all of the essential cooking amenities (pots, pans, utensils, along with cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls etc. for 4 people).

The bathroom boasts cement tiled floors, a modern 'floating' basin and an incredible Swedish designed rain head shower (and large bathtub) that makes showering the best experience of each day!

Beyond the flat, High Street Kensington and Earls Court tube stations are a short walk from the flat. There are also bus stops taking you to Central London, a 3 minute walk from the flat. London's biggest attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall can all be reached in under 15 minutes. Don't forget to explore the local museums in Kensington, such as the Natural History Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
