Welcome to our charming two-bedroom flat nestled in the heart of Notting Hill! Situated on the second floor of a quintessential British building, our cosy abode offers a delightful retreat for your stay in London.
As you step inside, you'll find two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each boasting ample storage space and a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom, adorned with beautiful green tiles, features a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower and a generously sized mirror.
The living room exudes warmth with its brown rustic decor and is furnished with a plush L-shaped sofa perfect for lounging after a day of exploration. Gather around the smart TV for a cosy movie night or unwind with a good book.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll discover a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and plenty of surface space for culinary adventures. Enjoy meals together at the glass dining table, which comfortably seats four.
DISCLAIMER: While our property boasts a charming location on the 2nd floor, accessing it involves climbing several flights of stairs. Specifically, there are 5 flights to conquer, as there is no lift available. We kindly ask our guests to take this into account when planning their stay. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we want to ensure your holiday experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
