This one bed flat is ideally located to explore some of the best areas in and around London, surrounded by great bars, restaurants and plenty of shops. The top floor flat of this beautiful victorian townhouse is a great place to stay to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Situated on the top floor of a beautiful victorian townhouse, this 1 bed flat is bright and contemporary, with wonderful all day natural light.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen/living room at the front of the property. The kitchen is modern and fitted with all essential amenities. There is also a dining table, perfect for when you want to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a more relaxed evening in.

The bedroom is spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space and a king sized bed. The cleaners will place fresh, hotel-quality linen on the bed before your arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

    • If the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
    • If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that if you are staying for 6 months or less you are required to pay the full rental amount, including the deposit, upfront and within 48 hours from the moment you receive the payment link from the landlord and you also must sign a tenancy agreement with the landlord. This agreement includes a non-refund policy once the payment is made.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
