The apartment is close to East London University on Water Lane. Opposite the apartment building is West Ham Park for those that like jogging, cricket in the summer or football, there is also a beautiful flower garden. The apartment has been very well kept by previous tenants.

This is a fantastic 1-bedroom flat on Portway Road, London. It's bright, it's modern, and it's been recently renovated— what's not to like?
