This gorgeous, three bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the idyllic & vibrant area of Stratford. Located on the seventh floor, this high-end London flat can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The smoke-free property features a large, impressive hallway overlooking the double staircase which leads onto a designer living/dining room, three contemporary bedrooms, a main bathroom, a WC, a large entertainment terrace and a second balcony.

The luxury living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofabed, dining table and a Smart TV. The living room looks out onto a large terrace which has spectacular views of the O2 and Canary Wharf, providing the perfect space for outdoor dining, evening drinks or even a spot of yoga/meditation (yoga mats provided). The full granite kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all cooking utensils that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner.

The bright bedrooms are equipped with a double, queen and single size beds, two of which lead out onto a second balcony. The main newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a full size bath and power shower.

To make the property feel like a home-away-from-home, we offer complimentary WiFi, baby equipment for little guests such as a cot, baby bath and a high-chair and our complimentary range of luxury amenities:

Stratford station, Stratford International and Stratford Highstreet stations are all less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment providing access to the Central line, Queen Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Overground and DLR. Stratford station (8 minute walk), Stratford international (15 minute walk) or Stratford High street (4 minute walk). Discover (Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey and Harrods), and many more of London’s attractions, making your trip one to remember. From this location, you can easily access Luton and Stansted Airports too.(Guests flying into City Airport can get a straight train (DLR) from the airport to Stratford High Street in 13 minutes. Guests flying into Heathrow airport can get a straight train (Elizabeth Line) from the airport to Stratford Station in 46 minutes. Guests flying into Stansted Airport can get a train to Stratford via Liverpool street in 1 hour 66 minutes, or a coach from Stratford Westfield shopping centre in 50 minutes. Guests flying into Gatwick Airport can get a train to Stratford via Farringdon in 86 minutes.

Stratford is a great area for all ages, providing a vast amount of family-friendly and late night dining options.

The area immediately surrounding the property is full of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner out within walking distance of the apartment. With our years of experience within London, we recommend visiting the large Westfield shopping centre for an unlimited choice of restaurants, but some favourites are: Haugen - for an Alpine-inspired restaurant with a rooftop (which plays live Saxophone music and has great steaks!), Haugen is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Barge East is a great outdoor ‘bar on a barge’ along the canal which is a lovely 23 minute stroll through the Olympic park into Hackney Wick. All the other main high street restaurants are situated within Westfield such as Nandos, Pizza Express, TGI Fridays, Zizzi, GBK, Wagamama's, Pizza Hut, The Real Greek, Wahaca, Busaba, Las Iguanas and many more. There is also a casino in the Westfield which is open late at night and serves food and alcohol.

Stratford’s famous Olympic Park is a 5 minute walk from the property where you can access all the Olympic grounds, the Aquatics centre and the ArcelorMittal Orbit Slide. There is also the Velodrome and cycling activities within the park and easy access to the Westfield shopping centre which is an 8 minute walk. For other entertainment, the Westfield also has a bowling alley and a large Vue cinema, as well as indoor arcades. For a more refined evening, the Theatre Royal Stratford East is a 12 minute walk away which puts on lots of local performances.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
