The rooms are suitable for professionals only, in a flat shared with the live-in landlady. The flat has a communal bathroom and an open plan kitchen with access to the landlady's bedroom. The flat building features a rooftop terrace from where you have a stunning view of central London and St. Paul's Cathedral and newly refurbished swimming pool facilities with a sauna. There is also a concierge on weekdays.
You will be living on the border between London Borough of Islington and the central City of London area. The flat is just moments away from a railway and underground station and close to St Paul's Cathedral, Millennium Bridge and several other central attractions. To suit postgraduate students, City University London is also just a 10-minute walk away.

Bedroom 1 is comfortable and furnished with a double bed, a desk and a built-in wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- A railway station as well as an underground station are just a short walk away.
- The flat building also has a terrace and swimming pool access.
- You will be living close to the scenic St Paul's Cathedral.
Things to keep in mind
- The flat has a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
- The landlady lives in the living area – please note that you have to access this area to get to the kitchen.
