Rooms to rent for postgraduates and professionals in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Shepherd's Bush, close to Notting Hill. The flat has a modern kitchen with all the essentials, including an oven, a stove, and a dishwasher. All the rooms for rent have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with a cosy bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. The flat has 2 bathrooms, making shared living easy.
The property is close to plenty of amenities and services, including a shopping centre where you can find everything you might need to have a comfortable stay. The underground (Central Line) is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are several other public transportation services available.

After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

Landlord policies
- Check-in and check-out: from Monday to Friday, from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card, online payment through website, PayPal
- One-off payment of one to two weeks' rent (depending on the length of stay) at check-in as a bill contribution for water, council tax, and broadband.
- Additional documentation:
- ID / Passport
- Proof of income or savings
- Guarantor (If needed)
- Right to Rent share code or Visa (If applicable)
- You will need to return the landlord reservation form signed within 48 hours from your booking confirmation
- Same-day check-in is not allowed. Please note that we need up to 5 days to complete the referencing,
- The rent will be paid monthly. The first rent will be one month minus one week already paid via Spotahome.
- No more than one week between the available date and the check-in day is allowed.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
