Very clean and quiet house with large garden you can relax in the summer. It's fully central heated and a luxury bathroom suite have just been renovated to 5 star standards.
The bedroom is large with a double bed and wardrobe and is clean and airy. New modern kitchen with oven and grill.
There is washing machine and tumble dryer and microwave and a shared fridge and seperate freezer together with pots, pans and plates you can use.
Great commute links into the city with Catford Bride and Bellingham stations and buses into the city and Bromley.
There is a retail park at the end of the road with a gym.
Importantly I am friendly but like my own space..
