- You will have to sign up to an ongoing monthly payment with direct debit, your landlord will explain this once your booking is confirmed. This requires a UK bank account.
- If you are a student you will need to pay 3 months rent upfront (first and 2 last months of the tenancy)
- Salary income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent of the room/property or we can accept payment of 2m rent in advance, to be retained and used to pay the final 2m of the stay.
