All the rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom flat on Wandle Way are accessible from the long narrow hallway leading from the front door. As soon as you step into the flat, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a tub and a separate room with a toilet. Aside from the bathroom, the kitchen is the only other shared space. It is contemporary and fairly spacious and has a window letting in natural light. It’s furnished with a table for 4 and comes fully equipped with all the major appliances, including a dishwasher. There are also dishes, cookware and ample cupboard space.
Earlsfield is a London suburb and it’s full of green space. You can enter King George’s Park with a 2-minute walk to the end of your street. You’ll also find Garratt Park nearby, as well as the Durnsford Road Recreation Ground. With a 20-minute walk, you’ll come across the Spencer Lawn Tennis Club, which is close to the Central London Golf Centre, which is a 9-hole pay-and-play course. If you prefer to workout, there is a gym just 9 minutes away. Your apartment is located just off of Garratt Lane, which is the main shopping street, and you’ll find tons of pubs, restaurants and markets here.
