This 3-bedroom flat shared with a live-in landlady has a room to rent. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large, modern oven. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Newham is a mainly residential borough but is a short walk from more metropolitan areas. The centre of Stratford is a 20-25 minute walk, with the major transport hub of Stratford station, and shopping options at the Stratford Centre and Westfield Stratford City, the largest shopping centre in the UK. The large park of Wanstead Flats is a 15-minute walk.

  • The flat is in a quiet area but within walking distance of busy Stratford.
  • It is a nicely decorated flat - you can really see the landlady's personal style shine through!
  • The University of East London Stratford Campus is just a 15-minute walk.
  • The shared garden to the rear of the flat looks very tranquil, a lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon.
  • There is no living room in the property, as this is the landlady's bedroom
