There are rooms to rent in this cozy 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a 63 m² footprint on Cumerland House in Kingston upon Thames. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator as well as an oven and microwave, while the bathroom has shower, sink and separate toilet.
There is a supermarket and cafe just around the corner from this apartment, and there are a few more shops and restaurants within a 20-minute walk, along London Road. The Isabella Plantation is only a 25-minute walk away and is a great place to explore.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The bedrooms and kitchen have beautiful hardwood floors.
- Kingston University is a 23-minute walk away, or 11-minutes by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
