There spacious and cozy rooms for rent in Willesden Green. The 3-bedroom flatshare's main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that comes equipped with integrated appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. In the main corridor you also have a couch, creating a cozy sitting area.

On Marlow Court, the flat is on charming quiet street. A few minutes' walk away you have cafés, small shops, and even a gym. You are also very well-connected to the rest of the city with several bus stops nearby and an Overground and Underground station.

Landlord policies

  • NO CHECK OUTS IN DECEMBER OR FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY
  • If your booking is for less than 5 weeks, you need to pay all in advance.
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 17:00
    • Check-out at 10 am
    • Special check-in hours can be arranged upon the disponibility of the staff and at an extra fee
  • The contract will be signed at the landlord´s office on your check in day
  • The maximum initial term is 3 months but you can extend your stay after that by providing enough notice to the landlord
  • Documents to provide (please email this to your landlord as soon as your booking is confirmed) :
    • Passport/Visa/ (Pre)settled status if needed.
    • Guarantor letter if you are a student or unemployed
    • 3 months' payslip or bank statement if you are a professional to prove you can pay the rent

If you do not complete the documentation successfully, you will need to pay for the whole rent upfront.
