You can chat with friends on the outdoor terrace in warmer months. Smokers can even light up there. Plus, the huge Paddington Recreation Ground is just a few minutes from the flat – even more motivation to work up a sweat.
We think it's great for someone who just wants to come home and rest. After running around all day at work or school, this is the perfect place to let all that stress melt away. Even doing laundry is easy. You'll have both a washing machine and dryer right in your kitchen.
