Yep. Very likely. Because it's got a great communal space for hanging out - the garden. It has the bonus of a washing machine. And it's right in the centre of London.

We think this is the ideal new home for anyone looking for a base in central London but a base that comes with potential friends included.
Your top 3 reasons to rent this apartment:
- The bedrooms are bright, spacious and super cosy.
- Southwark has countless cool weekend activities. Street food markets and a climbing gym to name a few.
- A laundry machine is a plus if you dread those weekly trips to the laundrette.
But you need to know this...
- There's only the one bathroom between 4 bedrooms. A great exercise in patience.
